Carroll Jenkins

President Montana Veterans Foundation

Carroll Jenkins is the President and CEO of the Montana Veterans Foundation.  Mr. Jenkins is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed addiction counselor.  Mr. Jenkins has been in private practice for 30 years specializing in anxiety disorders, PTSD, and chemical dependency.  He is a Vietnam veteran and a happily married father of two grown sons.  He is a fly-fishing and bird hunting enthusiast.

Mike Hampson

Vice President of the Montana Veterans Foundation

Mike Hampson is the vice-president of the Montana Veterans Foundation.  Mr. Hampson brings over 30 years of veterans affairs experience to the Foundation.  A First Sargent at the time of retiring, Mr. Hampson has been responsible for writing and promoting bills in congress that help veterans.  Mr. Hampson is a father of four and grandfather of one.  He enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and woodworking.

Dewey Hahlbohm

Board Member Montana Veterans Foundation

Dewey Hahlbohm is a board member of the Montana Veterans Foundation.  Mr. Hahlbohm is a retired Army officer and semi-retired physician’s assistant.  He currently works as a medical consultant and brings his medical expertise to the Foundation.  Mr. Hahlbohm is an asthma educator and oversees deployment and post deployment health assessments for soldiers returning from overseas.  In his free time, he enjoys race cars, travel, hunting and developing programs for the Foundation.

James Smith

Board Member Montana Veterans Foundation

Jim Smith is a board member at the Montana Veterans Foundation.  Mr. Smith is the vice-president of First Community Bank.  He brings his financial background to the Foundation.  He is active in Project Healing Waters and enjoys fly-fishing and hunting.  As a small business owner of a travel agency, Mr. Smith enjoys traveling to new places and exploring the world of wine.
